Vitamin B complex consists of 5 or 6 varieties of vitamin B in one tablet. The B vitamins are great vitamins to boost your mood and reduce the signs of depression and fatigue; hence they are a necessary supplement for those suffering from stress and tiredness. You can get high strength B vitamins for when you are feeling really low or are just exhausted.

Minerals such as sodium and potassium also help to relieve stress. These minerals are required by every cell in the human body and without them cells don’t function as effectively as they should. The overall effect is that the body in general feels weak while the brain stops all nonessential thought processes. This can lead to loss of concentration and confusion which ultimately will end up as a feeling of stress.

Natural remedies are herbal supplements that work in much the same way as prescribed drugs but they very rarely have any side effects associated with them.
